Got milk? series two, part four


No need for sugar or tea

A gentlemen always takes some time for leisure, even in the middle of a war. So what better was to spice up your tea time then with 3 servings of dairy a day? Studies suggest the nutrients can help you maintain a healthy weight, plus the protein helps build muscle for a lean body. I don't have a bad feeling about this, why would you?
