Got milk? Part two


Strength from without.

When I am busy fighting Separatist droid's, I always find time to have at least 3 serving of dairy a day. Studies suggest the nutrients can help you maintain a healthy weight, plus the protein helps build muscle for a lean body. And even us chosen one's need all the help we can get.

Drink well. Live well.
