Got milk? Part three



Strength from without.


When I am busy fighting Separatist droid's, I always find time to have at least 3 servings of dairy a day. Studies suggest the nutrients can help you maintain a healthy weight, plus the protein helps build muscle for a lean body. And even us chosen one's need all the help we can get.


Live well. Drink well.
